I completed my PhD in spatial statistics at Lancaster University in 2018 and I am currently working as a biostatistician in the Statistical Support Unit. My research interest lies in building models to characterize the impact of environmental changes including climate variation and change on climate-sensitive infectious diseases. I am also interested in understanding the role of population dynamics on disease spread. Using mathematical and statistical modelling approaches to understand how human mobility patterns, both short- and medium-term contribute to heterogeneity in disease transmission.
