Peter MacPherson is a public health physician, Wellcome Fellow, and Head of the MLW Public Health Research Group. His research focuses on the design and evaluation of interventions to improve the diagnosis of HIV, TB and other diseases of public health priority in Malawi and globally. He is principal investigator on several large randomised trials an epidemiological studies.
